19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
    and streams in the wasteland.

Our natural urge is to look back to former success, former Church meetings, former jobs, relationships, social time with a hint of a better time.  In reality our memory tricks us into thinking that the past was better than it actually was.

Paul writes that we should push on forward in the race to which Christ has set before us.  This moving forward and never going back mindset is not easy, it can take a whole leap of faith and a new fresh walk with Jesus.  But yet it is so much more rewarding when we say to God, not my will but yours.  I don't understand what is happening right now, my natural inclination is to retreat and go back to what I know but I know you are pushing me onto great and better things.

Committing ourselves to Christ as our Lord and our God does not mean that we skip through life singing merrily. It can involve plenty of screaming and plenty of doubting. What is does mean is that, despite everything, we trust Him to make sense of our lives and to lead us forward through the ongoing process of resurrection.

Christian Tshirts for sale

When we follow Jesus we start well, want to tell everyone the God news.  Overtime our lives take on pressure from work, culture and lack of time due to commitments.  We want to tell you with this product and to tell other believers that it is not a time to dip out and give up.  God still has lots more work for you to do.  Think of what you have already achieved and what success you have already had in your life.  God has never left you or forsaken you, He can't and He won't.

Grab your bible, read again His promises over your life.  Speak to someone who is a brother or sister in Christ, encourage them and let them encourage you.  Go to Church and celebrate all that Jesus has done and continues to do.  Pray, talk to God about how you are feeling, let Him speak back and refresh your soul.

NEVER GOING BACK is our statement to our heart, soul and mind.  We are going to fix our eyes on Jesus the author and perfector of our faith.  He ultimately died for us, He wants the best for us and He alone decides our next steps.

Let us know how we can pray for you - we would love to send you some encouragement via email, so do drop us a line and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
